We are standing advisor to a number of large logistics companies having pan-India operations. We have rendered our services of standardizing and finalizing templates of key business contracts, assisted with warehousing footprint expansion on a pan-India basis, end-to-end commercial documentation. We have worked for large-listed companies on commercial contracts, online contracts, vendor contracts, back-to-back arrangements with transporters, reviewing and negotiation of client contracts, pre-dispute advisory, employment policies and labour contracts on a pan-India basis. With our unique knowledge to assist all businesses in disputes resolution we have tremendously and successfully assisted our clients with their dispute resolution requirements such as representing and advising multinational and local logistics companies with respect to litigations filed / claims made by and against them before the High Court, District Courts, Consumer Forums and the NCLT. We have also worked for recovery of amounts due from clients by representing our clients before the Insolvency Resolution Professional and Liquidators. We provide assistance in consolidating and managing litigation pan-India. We have provided extensive pre-dispute advisory to logistics enterprises on various issues pertaining to advisory on insolvency laws, labour laws, leave and license disputes etc. We have clients ranging from multinational transport companies to B2C operators as well as shipping companies.
