The growing complexity of the modern banking system, the variety of financial products and increased internationalization means that the scope for disputes in the banking sector is escalating. We have expertise in banking litigations and dispute resolution with regular representation before Debt Recovery Tribunal and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. We deal with all types of security documentation, drafting and perfecting of securities, project due diligence. In recent years, especially in the wake of the steps taken to attract foreign investments into the banking sector, this industry has witnessed considerable expansion and growth.
