She is a qualified practicing Solicitor from Mumbai, India having 27 years of legal experience. She represents clients both in India and UAE. Her core practice involves both litigation and non-litigation, advisory, involving the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Banking, FEMA, Cross Border Transactions, Arbitrations, Legal Audits, Due Diligence, Opinion on Title of the Property, Property Documentation, Loan Documents, advising on incorporation/formation of Companies, commercial contracts, merger, acquisition, deemed conveyance, money recovery, wills and probates and succession laws. She has been accredited and empanelled as Arbitrator with ICA, SCOPE, Adres, APCAM, AECCI. Her Articles on Arbitration are published in LawStreet Journal. She is member of various reputed organizations. She regular Speaker on legal issues at key industry platform and has received several accolades and awards. She works on pro bono for the Indian labours and workers in UAE as and when assigned by the Indian Embassy and/or Consulates through IWRC.
Ms. Huda Qureshi is a Senior Associate. She completed her Bachelors in Law in Mumbai and has been associated with the firm since 2017. She has completed her bachelor’s in art in Political Science and a Diploma in Human Rights Laws. She heads the team on Banking & Finance Matters and Testamentary Matters. She has excellent communication skills and has proven her worthiness to the firm.
Mr. Inayat Ali Haseen Ahmed Qureshi (Senior Associate) has completed his five years integrated course in Bachelor in Legal Science (BLS, LLB). He holds a Masters Degree in Business Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws. He heads the team of Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercials, White Collar Criminal Laws. He handles litigious matters of the firm and represents various PSUs, Banks, Corporates and high net worth individuals, in Bombay High Court, various NCLTs, the Civil Courts, and Tribunals. Inayat Ali has cognate experience and is a go-getter for the firm.
Mr. Vidyesh Dhamdere is a second-generation Lawyer from his family. He leads the Real-Estate team. He did his five years integrated course in Bachelor in Legal Science (BLS), from Pune in the year 2009. He assisted his father in several high net worth deals especially in Real Estate. He comes with immense experience in and heads the real estate team of the firm. His services include Due diligence, Title Investigations, Revenue Matters of Agricultural Tenancy, Stamp adjudication, acquisitions, joint venture, investment agreements, project management contracts and other service contracts, advising on local regulations, purchase, leasing, licensing agreements, He also handles litigations before various forums and tribunals relating to properties and real estate.
Ms. Nikhita Mathuria completed her Bachelors in Commerce and Bachelors in Law from University of Mumbai. Nikhita joined the firm as a Legal Intern and is presently practicing as an Associate Advocate with the firm. She has been diligently working on various assignments relating but not limiting to research, court appearances, assisting seniors on court matters. She also handles the MSMEs Samadhan Cases of the firm. With her brilliance, constant efforts and hard work she has proven herself an indispensable asset to the firm.
Ms. Sadaf Khan is the administration head of the firm. She holds an integral part of the firm. She is responsible for all the affairs and activities of the firm. Her management skills are par excellence. She has been associated with the firm for many years. Her honesty, sincerity and loyalty is an accreditation to the firm.
Mr. Daniyal Abbas Shaikh has been working as a Senior Account of the firm. He associated with the Administration team of the firm. He also independently handles assignment including but not limiting to sole proprietorship concern, partnership firms, salaried and professional individuals, HUFs, Company Auditing and Accounting till finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet and audit reports. He also handles cases of GST returns from registration till filing of audit report (FORM 9 and 9C), Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), TDS/TCS Registration, amongst others.
Mr. Ayman Palwala is pursuing his Bachelors in Legal Science and Law from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai and is studying in the third year of law. He joined the firm as an intern in 2022. He is responsible for assisting his seniors in various departmental compliances and legal research work. He has exhaustively worked on legal audits and related work for Banks.
